Prime Tacos operates primetacos.com. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. We have kept it short and in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
Only what you give us. This site has no accounts, no logins and no payments.
When you submit the catering or event booking form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number, and whatever event details you choose to share, such as the date, the location, the guest count and what you are looking for.
When you place an order through this site, our ordering system collects your name, phone number, email address, what you ordered and your payment information. We receive your order and your contact details. We never see or store your full card number.
We do not collect payment information anywhere on this site.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your inquiry and arrange your event. That is the only reason we have it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We will not add you to an email or text list because you filled out the booking form. If we ever start a mailing list, joining it will be a separate choice you make on purpose.
Who else handles it
Three services handle information for us:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and handles form submissions
- Resend delivers booking inquiries to our inbox
- Toast runs our online ordering and processes payment for orders placed through this site. For delivery orders, Toast passes your name, address and phone number to the courier service that brings it
Both handle it only for that purpose and under their own security obligations.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking cookies and does not use advertising trackers.
Some pages embed content from Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Google Maps. When that content loads, those companies may set their own cookies and collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. We do not control that and we do not receive that information. If you would rather not load it, most browsers let you block third-party content.
Ordering through other services
Links to Uber Eats and similar platforms take you off this site. What you do there is covered by their privacy policies, not ours. We do not receive your payment details from them.
How long we keep things
We keep booking inquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and run your event, plus our ordinary business records afterward.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
Email primetacoschicago@gmail.com and we will tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no process, just ask.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top.
